Spybot Review.

It can be downloaded in many different languages and works very well.  It is always updated and you can download updates when you install the program.  It is highly recommended you do this.  Otherwise anyone could have the tendency to forget.

When you arrive at their home page it will ask you what language you would like to download the program in.  Once you select this you are taken to the home page where you will find many bells and whistles.  

Here you can read articles, get support, download and even take a tutorial if you wish.

More spybot review

The program is supported and worked on by many volunteers who make this a great program.  Many people do not know that there is a whole world of free software that rivals the paid software they already have on their computers. 

Many hardworking programmers spend their free time and join these communities.

When you hit the download link from the home page you are taken to the download page where you will see other programs you can also get for free.  All the spybot community is asking for at this time is donations.

We found in our spybot review, when you first run spybot it will ask you to do a windows registry backup.  This is imperative and you will need to do this. 

You can then search for updates and then immunize your system.  When you immunize it will let you know how many bad programs it will block.

It also comes with a recovery operation you can use in the event of any problems you have with the program. 

In our spybot review as with any program this is important because as with any program it is not without fault.  Some windows users do not like this program and have experienced a multitude of problems.

If you would like to change spybot around a little to your liking you may do so by switching from advanced mode or default mode from the mode menu.  

Once in advanced mode spybot does provide some very nice changeable options under the hood.  Here you can change the files set, skins, directories, language and more.

On the tools menu spybot now even has a safe shredder and a way to do IE tweaks.  You can also change system startup options with out having to load MSConfig.

All in all our spybot review found it is easy to use and very user friendly.  This is a program that has evolved overtime and is a work in progress.

In our sbybot review we give this program a good to go.  We like to use spybot along with other programs for full spyware protection.
