The first thing you need to know is, you need to keep yourself protected better with anti virus and spyware software.  It seems spyware programs are getting smarter all the time and prevention is the best way.

Spyware strike is a rouge anti-spyware program that comes bundled with a malicious downloader. 

One program that can help you get rid of this little nasty file is Spyware Doctor.  At the time of this writing this is the only known program that will fix this spyware on the spot. 

However, others will be sure to follow soon.

Another program that will help you remove Spyax is called Smitrem.  This is a program that you can run under windows safe mode.  This program is good, however you may need to perform additional scans with other software.

Just do a search at Google for Smitrem or search under keywords "remove spyax or remove spyware strike.".

Spyax is quickly becoming the new version of spyware that we are starting to see today.  Spyware programmers are starting to get smarter and making their programs to look like legitimate programs to fool us.
