If you do check all of these and you do not
find any of these to be the problem then you may need to start
checking your computer hardware. Things like memory problems
can cause errors like this to happen where these seem to be
intermittent.
Also, if windows did not have a proper full
installation, it can cause errors in windows and things like
internet explorer errors. If you just installed windows xp and
see to start getting internet explorer errors or other windows
errors, then you may want to reinstall windows. You should
choose the full install and reformat option before installing,
so you do not get internet explorer errors.
You may also need to wipe your hard drive
completely clean before reinstalling windows. This should be an
option you choose if you ever had a computer virus that caused
problems. You can use a hard drive wipe program before
reinstalling windows.
Most of these options will help if you have
problems with internet explorer errors.
